How to shop at Blossom Tots
1. Choose the product
From the home page, browse the categories across the top of the page to find the age section you require. Once the correct category is chosen, navigate through the subcategories on the left to find the products available. Click on a product for more information and further views. Choose the size, then the colour and add your purchase to the cart.
If you know the brand of an item, from the home page, insert the keyword to search for the products available. Use this area to search for a brand name. (e.g. Papoose, Ka-Boosh, etc.)
By size search:
From the home page, if you only want a particular size, choose a size from the drop down list, and all products available from all sections will be displayed for you to make a selection.
2. View the Shopping Cart
You will be able to view the items you have selected for purchase.
At this stage, you may delete any item or update the quantity, size or colour.
You may wish to select the option of having your goods gift wrapped and a message included.
Register as a customer or login if already registered.
Indicate the delivery address if it is different to the registration address.
The cost of the freight is indicated here depending on whether you choose to have your order delivered by parcel post satchel or registered post. For interrnational customers, do not choose either of these options which are only available within Australia.
Choose your payment option. There are several methods of payment:
Pay with Credit Card
- To use this option, click on BUY NOW. You will be transferred to
PayPal where you can make a Credit Card payment.
This option provides the fastest service as payment is cleared quickly.
Pay without Credit Card
- To use the option of Direct Bank to Bank Transfer, click on here.
Information on the Blossom Tots bank details will be displayed in
order for you to make a transfer through your own internet banking
service. This option can take several days for the payment to be cleared.

Registration as a customer
New registration is initially performed at the first checkout. You may then log in from the home page (top right of screen) on following visits. If you wish to change your password, registration address or details, log in from the home page and go to My Details.
Prices are displayed on the website in Australian dollars and include the Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) For international customers, G.S.T. is excluded at the checkout. If you wish to check the cost in a different currency, please use the currency converter.
Please note that the final transaction will be undertaken in Australian dollars.
Orders are dispatched on the following business day provided Blossom Tots receives it by 4 p.m. E.S.T. Delivery times are estimated only and are at the discretion of Australia Post. In most cases if the delivery address is within Australia, delivery will take from 2 to 4 days.
If the address is overseas, delivery may take from 1 to 3 weeks.
Loss or damage of goods
Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method specified. Once the goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Blossom Tots takes no responsibility for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods.
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, it may be returned within 21 days for a refund. Any item returned must be unused, unworn and undamaged. It should be returned in its original packaging and labelling in a saleable condition together with a copy of your receipt.
Sale items will not be refunded.
The hygiene reasons, there is no refund on underwear and tights.
The cost of freight for the return of goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that goods be returned via registered mail for safe delivery. The cost of the original freight will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 10 days for refund on receipt of goods.

Go to the Size Chart for details of measurements for different ages of children.
To include your email address in our newsletter, type your email address in the box on the home page marked "enter your email address..." then click the box marked "join". Our newsletter will notify you of new arrivals and sales.
Care of your garments
All clothing is labelled with the manufacturer's recommendations for care. Most of the garments are machine washable. When washing, dark colours should be separated and bleaching products should not be used. Garments should be dried out of direct sunlight. We do not recommend the use of a tumble drier as shrinkage more occur.
Cotton knit garments may have some shrinkage on initial washing.
Use a cool iron for synthetic materials and care should be taken on ironing the organza party dresses. Do not iron transfers.
