Within Australia:
We offer two options for purchases to be delivered within Australia and either may be chosen at the time of checkout.
Option 1 - Parcel Post Plus satchel
This method is the fastest and most economical based on the weight for the satchel. The price is the same regardless of the destination within Australia. This price is the standard Australia Post cost.

The delivery time of Parcel Post Plus satchels is from 2 to 5 working days depending on destination and the satchel is trackable by Australia Post. If this option is chosen, the cost will be calculated at the checkout. On average for baby clothes, the smaller satchel will contain 2 - 5 items; for older children 1 - 2 items.
Option 2 - Registered parcel
This method is secure and based on the weight and destination within Australia of the items purchased. The cost is calculated using the Australia Post parcel calculator plus $2.60 for the registered service. This service is also trackable by Australia Post but requires a signature on delivery and insurance cover of up to $100 is included. Please note the cost on the Australia Post label does not include the registered cost, so the actual cost is higher than shown on the parcel. If this option is chosen, the cost will be calculated at the checkout.
International:
There is only the one option for international orders - Australia Post parcel airmail and is subject to change by Australia Post. Please do not choose the Registered Post option as this applies to Australia only. The cost is based on weight and destination and will be calculated at the checkout.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the freight charges.
